About the role

As part of the London Partnerships Operations team, the Office Manager will play a key role in running LFC`s corporate office in London. The role reports into the Partnership Development Operations Manager, and forms part of the overall Partnerships team.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a background in office management and an interest in Marketing or Partnerships to join the team. The main responsibility is the smooth running of the office operations and providing best-in-class experiences for both the London commercial team, and guests.

This role will involve working closely with team members across our global offices and offers the opportunity for the candidate to receive exposure to many departments across the Club. The successful candidate will be encouraged to express new ideas on improving the overall workplace and experience, relevant processes & display a positive attitude, with a passion for success.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the main point of contact for the Liverpool FC London office and provide an exemplary front of house experience for external guests and the internal team, ensuring the workplace is a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Ensure the efficient day to day management and maintenance of the London Office, including corporate logistics, proactive stock management, maintenance of office equipment (including tech.) and providing support for LFC staff based in the London office.
  • Support team members in the London office with events support, gifting, booking couriers, travel and catering.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Club policies such as health and safety regulations and data protection requirements.
  • Oversee all building operations and maintain an effective relationship with the office landlord, security, management company and contractors.
  • Forecast and proactively manage the LFC London office budget and subscriptions.
  • When required; support the Partnership Development Operations Manager with the partnership development process, including but not limited to, supplier management, CRM management, quality assurance and development of best-in-class marketing materials.


Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have experience in office management within a fast-paced environment. Requirements are good organisational awareness, a `can do` attitude, remaining calm under pressure and being happy to roll your sleeves up and support the wider team when required. The successful candidate must be able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.

You will have great problem-solving skills, a proactive approach and be comfortable using your own initiative. You will have exceptional communication skills and the confidence to deal with people at all levels. You will be able to build rapport quickly and develop strong working relationships understanding when to be discreet and work confidentially.

You will be highly competent in the Microsoft Office Suite, stock management, diary management & have effective communication. Due to the nature of the role, you must be within commutable distance of our London office as this will be your main base of work and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Your main base will be our London office.
