  • Identify and recruit participants with the support of the iWill Programme Manager
  • Harness relationships with local stakeholders to build partnerships that will help towards hitting the outcomes and KPIs of the iWill programme
  • Manage programme logistics including venue management, transport, food and accommodation where required
  • Ensure that the monitoring and evaluation framework is carried out effectively to ensure data is captured accurately and in line with our reporting procedures
  • Promote the iWill programme by working closely with the marketing team and collecting engaging content
  • Manage risk across all elements of the iWill programme to ensure the safety of all young people and staff
  • Support the wider LFC Foundation team as and when required

Who are we looking for?

To be successful you will have experience in working with vulnerable young people in schools and/or community settings, including experience in signposting young people to further opportunities. You will also be able to demonstrate previous experience in empowering young people to make a difference, able to develop curriculum materials, support large events and workshops, able to collect and analyse data, along with experience in stakeholder management and working in a collaboration.

You’ll have a strong understanding of inclusive youth work practices and challenges faced by schools and young people. You will have strong communication skills, organisational skills and an ability to priorities and manage own workload. You’ll be competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will take a passionate and empathetic approach to your work and will be able to show commitment to Liverpool FC Foundation’s mission and value.

We`re committed to safeguarding young people, so you must also have a level 1 (or higher) qualification in safeguarding young people, and a strong understanding of good safeguarding practices. Similarly, we also aim to be the most inclusive football club, so you must be able to demonstrate understanding of inclusive practices.

Why should you apply?

This is a full-time temporary role working 35 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days with some evening and weekend work required. This role is based in the Anfield Sports and Community Centre in Liverpool; however, the post holder will be required to work from other locations across Merseyside.

To reward your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days) and a contributory pension scheme.

You will have access to our benefits kit bag where you can get high street discounts, and a selection of benefit schemes you can join. There are opportunities to get involved with volunteering through our LFC Foundation to give back to the local community.

We aspire to be the most inclusive club in world football - providing fair and appropriate opportunities to as many people from different backgrounds as possible, being welcoming and meeting their needs as best we can. We are committed to hiring great people representative of a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, not just because it`s the right thing to do, but because we believe it makes our Club stronger. If you share our enthusiasm and passion for inclusivity, then we want to hear from you.

Liverpool FC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all Colleagues and Volunteers to share this commitment. This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
