Casual Sales Assistant, Williamson Square

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Retail Team in our Williamson Square Store.

What will you be doing?

The roles` main purpose is to support the Stores` management team in ensuring the overall fan experience meets the expectations of our fans, and Club. The applicant must be able build and maintain good working relationships, both internally with colleagues and with external stakeholders. Working in this role you will maintain a professional image, always representing the values of Liverpool Football Club.

The specifics of this role will include:

• Provide a first-class shopping experience for our fans, demonstrating understanding of the stores KPI`s.
• Consistently adhere to Stock Management Controls, Visual Merchandising guidelines, demonstrate Commercial Awareness and Product Knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Cash Management including the ability to perform Refunds/Exchanges
• Demonstrate a desire to succeed, taking part in development opportunities and engaging in the Clubs Culture
• Perform to Operational Compliance measures to both statutory and club requirements.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will ideally have previous retail experience with a focus on customer care and driving a high-quality customer experience. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong numeracy and literacy skills. As a fantastic team player, you`ll have excellent time management and be punctual and you`ll have the flexibility to work to meet the demands of the business. You will be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and match days.

This is a casual position. Your main base will be our Williamson Square store.
