About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to be a Partnership Global Sales Coordinator, located in our London offices. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the LFC Global Sales Team with all key sales initiatives, helping to drive significant commercial revenue for LFC. You will provide support across all projects and sales efforts, working closely with the LFC Sales Team, Central Team and other Internal stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Work with the Sales Team and Central Team to identify new sales prospects and source key decision maker contact details.
  • Work with the Central Solutions Team to research new and existing prospects to identify sales hooks to support outreach.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Central Team to research and develop category and outreach strategies and contribute to sales strategy meetings.
  • Join relevant prospect calls and meetings alongside the LFC Sales Team, to take notes that will shape future sales materials (mostly virtual with travel on occasion).
  • Build and manage sales presentations, proposals, and other materials alongside the LFC Sales Team, Central Team and Internal Stakeholders, ensuring that the content, flow and narrative addresses prospect needs and questions.
  • Develop company reports in advance of sales calls with new prospects.
  • Prepare company biographies for the Sales Team and Senior Executives. 
  • Identify key industry events and opportunities for LFC to be present within the brand / advertising environment, building this out into an annual calendar of events for the sales team to attend.
  • Work with the LFC Central Team to ideate concepts and activation ideas for prospect presentations.
  • Produce and share weekly deal status reports and prospect updates in a structured and formal format.
  • Lead the organisation of the weekly Sales Pipeline meeting for the LFC Sales Team and VP, Global Partnership Sales, planning the agenda alongside relevant Internal LFC Stakeholders (Central Team reps).
  • Manage communication with Internal LFC Stakeholders across the Club on behalf of the LFC Sales Team, to support sales requests and prospect conversations.
  • Manage administrative efforts on behalf of the LFC Sales Team, including scheduling meetings with Internal and External Stakeholders. 
  • Draft internal documents, such as Proposal Briefing Form and Contract Briefing Form for the LFC Sales Team to review and send to relevant Internal Stakeholders.

 Who are we looking for?

To be successful you will hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field, with previous experience with sponsorships, brand strategy, digital strategy and/or sales in a team, brand, agency, or corporate setting. You’ll be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and excellent written communication and presentation building skills. You will have the ability to creatively ideate and build global marketing solutions for prospective brands.

You will have a passion for sports marketing, media, advertising, and sponsorship sales. You’ll be a great teammate, with a ‘can-do; attitude and be a self-motived team player that can focus on individual and team goals. You will be innovative and well organised with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. You’ll be able to develop strong relationships internally and externally and can work with a board cross-section of functional internal teams. You can work flexibly to meet the needs of a global business including working evenings, weekends and holidays as needed as well as travelling domestically.
