Works Experience Bootcamp - Register an Interest

About the role

SMF Works Experience Programme. 

SMF Works Experience programme uses the power of Liverpool FC to improve and develop the skills and employability opportunities for participants.  

We run quarterly work experience bootcamps in partnership with The Steve Morgan Foundation, delivered by our LFC Foundation employability team. The cohort will gain experience across the breadth of the club including Fan Services, Ticketing & Hospitality, Digital, Partnerships, Retail Stores and more.

We cater for different age ranges such as:

    • 14-16 years of age

    • 16-18 years of age and in education

    • 18-25 years of age, who are looking to further develop their experience and get into employment.

This is an exciting opportunity to get an insight into working at one of the biggest football clubs in the world, hear from LFC and LFC Foundation staff members on their career pathways and be part of the LFC family.  

The SMF Works Experience programme involves:

    • The development of key skills that can help with future employment. 

    • Improving confidence and self-esteem. 

    • Explore life skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, decision making and problem solving.

    • Learning how to work well on your own and in a team.  

    • Understanding of the career options available at LFC and how to pursue them. 

    • A trip to Anfield for a stadium tour and final workshop. 

Please note, as this is delivered by our Foundation, priority may be given to applications from a Liverpool City region post code.
